Together We Are Community

On the Rock Ministries Fundraiser, Salvation Army Red Kettle Kickoff, Kiwanis Wreath Event, Ladies Connection, Festival of the Nativity and the Chamber’s Christmas in the Ville…these are just a few of the wonderful events in which we had the pleasure of participating with partner organizations throughout 2019. Such great work is being accomplished by every group and so many others throughout our wonderful community!

Particularly heart-warming was Daybreak Rotary’s Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA). If you recall in March 2019, I joined our local Daybreak Rotary 6110 a service-oriented organization that does a lot to support international, health, community and educational needs. I love this connection with our local Bartlesville high schoolers, because like RYLA, Stormwalker Ranch is also focused on meeting the needs of students and helping them grow through the use of our amazing horses.

Preston Willis and Tatiana Flores are two of the 2019-20 award recipients. In sharing a bit about SWR with Tatiana, she has expressed an interest in possibly volunteering with us this Spring. I am looking forward to continuing that new connection!

As we begin a fresh new year, Stormwalker Ranch is looking forward to all the exciting programs and events for kids, teens and adults and how we will continue to engage and contribute to our community. We continue to build partnerships and deepen relationships.

We seek your involvement as supporters, but also as participants in how we touch and lend growth to individuals and organizations through the power and sensitivity of the horse.

Stay tuned each month for the exciting opportunities to join in doing. Ready or not, 2020, here we come!
