Back in the Saddle Again!

Vacations are over and school is back in session. Riding Lessons are in full force as is bringing in the hay. The Ranch is bustling as we prepare for the Fall, and next thing you know Harvest Festival will be here!

In the meantime, I’m “back in the saddle” teaching the Gates of Grace women and returning to connect with our partner organizations and searching for new ones!  Perhaps you are one of those organizations that has yet to visit us or consider integrating your team with our unique opportunities to challenge and grow.

We would love for you to consider having Stormwalker Ranch contribute to your company’s leadership program or team building activities. Our Spurs program kicked off in June with the Jane Phillips Medical Center engaging in a packed morning of activities to encourage and inspire their nurses in their jobs. They were featured in our Ranch News – July 2019 (link), and we are planning their second visit this month.

We are using the same approach with our local public schools, such as Caney Valley, Kansas, which has committed to engage their entire 7th-12th grade student body to attend SWR’s Equine Experiential Learning (EEL) as part of their curriculum in an effort to bring each student to a heightened level of self-awareness and personal responsibility through building partnership with the horse.

If your company, church, or organization would benefit from experiencing a dynamic new approach to help your staff get a unique look at themselves, change their perspectives or their approach to working or one another, call or email me to dialogue about customizing a program suited to your needs and desires.

Just another part of the Ride … hope to see you on the trail of the Great Adventure!
